Equipment Overview
The entire machine features a turntable topology driven by a precision indexing unit. Materials are fed in an orderly manner via a chain conveyor on the right side, utilizing a multi-station precision aluminum alloy indexing turret for multi-station intermittent processing.
Combined with precision vertical pneumatic slides, dual-guide-rod actuator cylinders, and pneumatic gripping fingers mounted above, it achieves fully automated production line operation encompassing "material feeding, cap gripping and placement, and vertical assembly."
The main body is constructed from SUS304 stainless steel that meets sanitary standards, making it an ideal and highly efficient assembly machine for the food, beverage, cosmetics, and personal care packaging industries.
